RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT - COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

By contacting the Legal Department at dataprotection@danieli.com, data subjects may ask the data controller for permission to access or cancel their data, correct erroneous data, add to incomplete data, and limit processing in the cases specified in art. 18 GDPR, as well as objecting to the handling in the case of legitimate interest of the data controller.
Moreover, in cases where data processing is based on consent or on a contract and is done using automated tools, the data subjects are entitled to receive the data in a commonly used structured format that is readable on automatic devices, as well as, if technically feasible, to transfer them to another data controller without impediment. It is understood that the data subjects who for the above-mentioned purposes prefer to be contacted via traditional means, may express their objection only upon receiving notifications via automated means.
The data subjects have the right to revoke at any time their consent given for marketing and/or profiling purposes, and to object to data processing for marketing purposes, including profiling connected to direct marketing.
The data subjects have the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority with jurisdiction in the member state in which they normally reside or work, or in the member state where the alleged violation occurred.
