Zero Scale Pit
Danieli offers the innovative solution of ZSP ™ - Zero Scale Pit technology to replace the standard conventional scale pit with reduction of civil works and execution time and simplify the access and maintenance of the pit.

| Waters coming from the direct cooling of rolling mill line are separated as different fluxes: fluxes containing big/heavy scale are sent to scraper conveyor packages while flux containing only small/ light scale is collected in a separate pit and pumped directly to the longitudinal clarifier. |
