Zero Scale Pit

Danieli offers the innovative solution of ZSP ™ - Zero Scale Pit technology to replace the standard conventional scale pit with reduction of civil works and execution time and simplify the access and maintenance of the pit.

Waters coming from the direct cooling of rolling mill line are separated as different fluxes: fluxes containing big/heavy scale are sent to scraper conveyor packages while flux containing only small/ light scale is collected in a separate pit and pumped directly to the longitudinal clarifier. |
